Winter Weather Policy
For Clients at Hartwood Towne Centre in Fox Chapel- When Fox Chapel Area School District is on a 2 hour delay, our office will open at 9:00am. If your scheduled appointment is at 9:00am or after, your appointment will not be affected. If your appointment is between 8:00am and 9:00am we will either schedule you later that day or later during the week. When Fox Chapel Area School District is closed, our office will open at 9:00am. The same policy as above. For Clients at Monroeville Mall in Monroeville- When Gateway School District is on a 2 hour delay, our office will open at 9:00am. If your scheduled appointment is at 9:00am or after, your appointment will not be affected. If your appointment is between 8:00am and 9:00am we will either schedule you later that day or later during the week. When Gateway School District is closed, our office will open at 9:00am. The same policy as above.
